An introduction to typographic research as a design practice — an exploration of the relationship between shape and meaning through digital web tools. Drawing from the formal, historical, and semantic character of type, participants develop an individual research project.
An initial prompt guides the experimentation and exploration of procedural typographic forms. The process and the resulting typographic choices are resolved in the final form of an interactive poster.
