Description
The EPE project was set up with the research unit designing tools for web-to-print technologies. The concept consist in the creation of a workflow for the production of professional editorial composition generated within the browser.
The research project was supported by European funding from Creative Europe from December 2023 to December 2025, lead by ESAD GV (École Supérieure d‘Art et Design de Grenoble/Valence), in collaboration with the Hexagone arts & sciences national stage (Grenoble), Esisar (Valence School of Embedded Systems Engineering, INPG) and Pagora (School of Paper and Printed Communication Engineering, INPG), and in collaboration with a consortium made up of the universities of Sfax (visual design department, 4C research centre/Tunisia), Zagreb (Faculty of Graphic Arts/Croatia), and Izmir (İzmir University of Economics, Department of Visual Communication Design, Turkey).
The participation consisted in a series of workshop progressing from Kickoff, Propagation, Prototype, Production and a conclusive Kickout conference.
